Order Status Tracking

  • Monitor real-time updates for your Amazon Direct shipments in your dashboard.

Handling Fee

  • No fees are charged for preparing/labeling packages for Amazon Direct shipments.

Compliance Responsibility

  • You are responsible for ensuring products comply with Amazon’s guidelines (e.g., packaging, labeling).

2. Warehouse Shipping

Process for Warehouse Shipping

  • Select this option at checkout and provide your warehouse address and delivery instructions.

Shipping Cost

  • Costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination, displayed at checkout for approval.

Order Status Tracking

  • Track shipments to your warehouse via your dashboard.

Important Notes for All Shipments

  • Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 5–10 business days (may extend during peak seasons/holidays).
  • Label Accuracy: Ensure shipping labels are error-free to avoid delays/extra costs.
  • International Customers: Customs duties, taxes, or fees are your responsibility.
  • Address Accuracy: For Warehouse Shipping, provide complete/correct addresses to prevent returns or delays.
